Eligibility for Refund

  • Service Non-Initiation: If a project does not begin within three business days of confirmation due to delays on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Delayed Delivery: If we fail to meet the agreed-upon delivery timeframe (excluding client-side delays), a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Unsatisfactory Services: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 15 days of project completion. Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the client does not provide necessary project details within seven days of confirmation.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the project reaches its execution or milestone phase.
  • Approved deliverables, such as design mockups or initial work phases, are non-refundable.
  • Ongoing services like digital marketing and maintenance services are non-refundable once initiated.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method.
